At Lemon Park, we want your home to be a sanctuary of comfort; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
